Outside of the understood measuring spoons and cups that any novice should have.

I'll start with about 3 or 4 different sizes of FUNNELS.

You can go cheap plastic or more expensive stainless steel on these. One is no better than the other when it comes to serving their purpose. The stainless are just more cosmetic when hanging on the wall.
Either way, they're worth their weight in gold.

When I made the thread, I was wondering how many posts it would take for that.

Thanks for not letting me down.

PS: I'd take a flat spatula to her fanny.

So much easier to use than a bowl and hand mixer.

Got a "pump" whisk for Christmas. It's pretty sweet.

What's not sweet are those shitty "non-scratch" rubber whisk. Got a nice one for the wife and it is too soft to actually whip anything and the handle is twice as heavy as the whisk end so it flips out of bowl. waste of money no that BS.

The coffee grinder is really only used for spices, and it has made a HUGE difference on the smoker and grill. The igrill is awesome for use on the smoker, grill, crockpot, or oven.

Potato Masher

They make a lot of different styles. I've got one similar to this and it works great.

Yeah, those are junk. Pay the couple extra dollars for stainless steel.

Same with the masher.

My wife got ours when we split up. They're about $300 for a good one. I haven't gotten a new one yet.

I'm good with my hand mixer and a glass mixing bowl.

I know what you're talkin about. Tossed mine. Had to lay it down every time I went to do something else. Lot of sloppy mess with those handle heavy utensils.

Spaghetti serving fork

Like a few other utensils the plastic ones work just fine. I have the stainless now though.

I stole this out of my kitchen and use it as my back scratcher. Wife had to buy a new one.

I've got a nice SS one, but got the teflon one for whisking in a nonstick pan. Waste of time.

ditto, except when the little slide moves down as you are trying to pick something up and you can't drop it.

Got tired of these things taking up a ton of space so go these. Awesome. Take up no room, are easy to pour, and easy to clean.
