Who said Nebraska had vaunted defense ? We are also missing our defensive leader in safety Nate Gerry, backup got hurt, corner is playing hurt, one of better linebackers is out. Not that it is an excuse, everyone has injuries this time of year. Nebraska D is tackling horribly and containment on QB running has been awful.
