Why isn't Rafael Devers a bigger deal?

Mike Schmidt, although he may lose out on a technicality. He hit 36, then 38 but the 38 came in a season when he turned 25. But he turned 25 on September 27 so I'm sure he already had 30 by then. That might be all the Phillies. Luzinski had 29 and 34, and Dick Allen had 29 and 40.
I bet the Reds have a few. I know Johnny Bench came up when he was real young.
