Locklear and Bliss are much better options and this is the year that the better option needs to take precedent even if feelings get hurt.Well that was fun. Thank goodness France came back to play 1B. Gold Glover I am telling you!
And welcome back Polanco-for-four
I am in baseball purgatory. Already invested 47 years into them and stuck with exactly with what you said. We can't get one good owner for this franchise. Sad.Locklear and Bliss are much better options and this is the year that the better option needs to take precedent even if feelings get hurt.
This will not happen because Servais is a blowhard, the dude does not know how to manage this ball club.
We actually have much more talent than what we are putting on the field because bad contracts supersede winning with this organization. It's all money driven from guys playing that shouldn't to the mediocre deals that are made. From penny pincher Stanton at the top, to Dipoto remaining with Servais, to Servais continuing to blow games with bad managing. The players are there to be better and the money should be available to add impact bats but those three stooges will continue to bobble the club right out of the playoffs.
They won’t get it right, when do they ever get it right ? They’ll make some weak trade soon enough, no chance they make a big splash …Mariners ride .a high then .
Start sinking...in..quicksand..
With mariners ..in the bottom..
Of almost..every..
Offensive category...
Ya had to know..it was coming....
The let down...
But..mariners..still have a chance ...
To get it...right..threw .trades...
Better.soon...or forget..it..
Mariners..will.be hand high..
Waving .good by.....going under..the sand..
Well never mindI still think everyone is overlooking Dallas Keuchel as an option for the number 5 starter. Not ideal, but a better option than Diaz. IMO the only reason we haven’t seen him is because he isn’t on the 40 man and they got two spots but are for Evans and Santos.
* Servais leaving a pitcher in too long.Welp, game two in Tampa coming up.
How do we lose THIS one? More errors? Pitcher shits the mound? Or just the usual apathy at the bat?
Hell with it, I'm just gonna say ALL OF THE ABOVE.
Give me Mark Cuban!!!!! He'll spend stupid money regardless if the moves work out or not but at least he'll try.I am in baseball purgatory. Already invested 47 years into them and stuck with exactly with what you said. We can't get one good owner for this franchise. Sad.
Oh yeah, can't forget that, Scott and his bass-ackwards managing...if you even want to CALL it that.* Servais leaving a pitcher in too long.
