I really just dont like watching Kikuchi pitch, its like watching Bedard 2.0
Got on here to rip him myself. Like I said after his first start, he pitches down to every situation. If you give him 6, he gives up 7. If you give him 2, he gives up 3. Never a guy that just takes over a game and with his stuff that is just sickening. I would deal him in a second, but they didn't prepare for that in the off season.

Goldshit, could you just focus on the game for once. I don't car how to pronounce cities in Mass or if a double-play should be an RBI when our guy is getting ripped on a pitch.

Kikuchi clearly didn’t have it but Servais found a way to leave him in too long. I really think Scott could be a good manager if he didn’t constantly do that shit

I think he could be a good manager if he worked at Wal-Mart instead, but that is just me.

Did baseball change the rule where you couldn't swing until you have 2 strikes? I think M's were given that memo.

Unfortunately, managing the pitching staff is a HUGE part of being an MLB manager IMO, and Servais has been striking out in that area since Jerry brought his sidekick along.

Seager's 3 run home run didn't make up for him getting thrown out by 30 feet running to third earlier in the game to end an inning. It almost did. but that was pathetic and his ass should have been on the bench doing pushups or something for that crap.

Agree 100%

Pretty sure it was a 1 run game at the point he was hosed at 3rd base to end the inning.

Even little leaguers are taught to NEVER make the 1st out or the last out at 3rd base. ESPECIALLY when the play was right in front of him as he rounded 2nd base.

What is the appeal of Luis Torrens?

0 for his last 16. Not a particularly good catcher. I don't remember even seeing him hit the ball hard for an out.

As much as I have crashed on Seager's lack of offensive contributions to the team, I have to say he has improved so far this season. (I might actually start liking the guy) He screwed up BIG TIME last night getting blown out trying to take an extra bag, but he's been fairly consistent so far with clutch hits from time to time. His bomb last night was nice to see and his early rbi in the 1st and crossing the plate in the 2nd this morning is nice to see. 4-zip in the 2nd against the bosox ain't too shabby.

Everytime they play a recording of Dave Niehaus, it reminds me of the good old days with the M's. The guys was truly Seattle baseball.

This is a much better win than floundering for 7 innings before rallying late.

Hit up on a great pitcher early and our side kept them off balance. Added on late and kept pressure on the whole game.

Sounds like tomorrow's game might end up getting rained out if the forecast holds, so if this ends up being a 3 game series, it's a great one.

Re-sign to a 2 year extension and bring in brother to play SS next year. Hell, get the youngest brother back in baseball and bring him up if that is what it takes...half joking.

Half joking = Half serious :heh: - but until just recently, I've always wished we had Corey instead of Kyle (except his defense)- didn't know there was another younger brother who had played baseball. LA won't part with Corey but it sure would be sweet right about now. Dylan was awesome @ 2nd Friday night. Did you see that catch and throw he made?- Stellar.....

We had the younger brother several years back in the minors after drafting him. Corey was the only Seager we didn't draft...go figure.

Corey is a free agent so all we have to do is outbid the Dodgers for him...

I missed the Moore play since I tend to fast forward through half the game. I did see his two diving catches last week. Pretty nice on those.

Have I mentioned I like Haggerty's game? Not a superstar, but a great utility guy who can hit when needed most.

You gotta love how hard he's playing... beating out the pitcher at 1B sealed the deal for me.
