He's been around for a while but he's still only 23. He has to disguise his pitches better though.

His pitching is fine. He self-implodes unless everything is going perfect. I'm sure he'll mature, but it's a little jarring.

He's just not there yet. It's getting annoying as fuck watching him stay exactly where he is when he has ace potential though.

The one thing that Waka did when he was hear was call out Felix. After he called Felix out it was lights out. Somebody needs to do the same thing with Walker. No more pampering this guy.

Another day another umpire who has no clue what the strike zone is. why do the fans put up with that crap? we have the technology to fix that but are too pig head headed and would rather put it in the hands of people who suck at it. Its stupid, why not ride a horse to the baseball game while they are at it.

The last 3 called strikes against the Mariners (strike 2 to Cruz, strike 1 to Seager, strike 1 to Lind) were all balls and really not even close

Nobody in the OF is in my opinion.

Guti reminds me of the Griffey situation. Great story on first year of return, then like Griffey we might have hoped for a bit too much by bringing him back for the second year.

Martin's swing is a mess but at least he can give you plus defense at a position where its vital.

Guti is a problem, but at least Smith has been ok for the most part and he gets most of the playing time. Still no defense between them tho.

Aoki just does nothing well really. He's just a slap hitter with no pop whatever and mostly BABIP hits. Below average defender with a terrible arm and awful base running. At least need to take him out of the lead off spot. Have Smith leadoff vs. RH and Marte lead off vs. LH.

Martin is a hack which is odd for a non power bat. His defense has been good, but the one play in the 5th or 6th where he went back on the ball but someone didn't catch it gave back the lead the same inning we tied it. For a non-bat, he can't afford those plays. And after seeing 3 swings from the side view. he was so behind the pitches. The ball was almost in the catchers glove each pitch.

Guti just looks done. Was never going to be the athlete he once was, but his bat looks slow.

Aoki is a mess no doubt. I still like the signing though.

Karns has been very effective so far, as far as keeping people off of base. But he is eating through his pitch limit quickly. Benoit is going to get a chance to earn his money today.
