If you're not at the game today, you may not realize just how bad Rojas getting doubled off of 2nd was in the 4th. I'd encourage everyone to seek out multiple views/a breakdown of that play to get a full depth of understanding of just how pathetic that was.

Best way to understand how impotent this lineup is is to realize how hopeless it feels to need 2 runs when you're "superstar" is out and just have no hope as you look at the lineup... then remember that even your "superstar" only has like a .650 OPS

They said he was waiting to see the umpire make a call which he didn't do right away. He was caught in no mans land on it. If he goes back to 2B and then the ump calls it no catch he is out. If he stays and the ump finally calls the catch like what happened, then he is out.

That makes A LITTLE more sense, but still fucky as hell; he never should have been more than 2 steps off of 2nd. If he didn't catch it, getting to 3rd was easy, and scoring was as well. It was obvious early he'd need to go to the ground for it not to be a hit.

I think he is used to watching his outfield play and just assumed no team catches those balls...lol.

It really is amazing to watch our outfield struggle to get to balls while the Jays come from nowhere and make every play. Luckily our guys can at least hit...
