thanks for the info guys. Im always scared of what the M's organization will do in these situations. But honestly our development process for offensive guys is putrid, so any bat drafted will be destined to hit about .200 with a obp not much higher....

That is a good recap of the draft picks. Something I wish we could see is the actual scouting reports made by the Mariners scouts.

1- Well om the 1st pick McNamara said "We wanted him all the long and were holding our breath he would still be there."

2- Third pick from Huskies McNamara said "He is really fast".

3- Seventh round pick McNamara said "He is really big"

Does that help? LOL. Pretty insightful huh?

I actually watched that game Pistorese tossed vs the sun devils. Now I dont want much if any college baseball. But the cougs were on and I wasn't doing anything else. Kid was unhittable that night. and if im not mistaken ASU is a college ball power.
