7th man at the plate right now in the bottom of the first, one out, runner on first.

Game over?

Frees up some time to catch up on some stuff on the DVR while I await updates on my sportscenter app.

Don't worry, though. Maurer is warming up now.

Some Mariner magic!

Damn...I wanted Smoak to get a big hit with the bases loaded. He's struggled today with 3 ks. Oh well...lady luck on our side today for once.

Whew what a game!

We still need to get a lot better with hitting with runners in scoring position. Our middle of the order guys stranded like 20 guys on base today. St. Louis Cardinals would have blew this open with like 15-17 runs. We managed 7...oh well...good enough!

Lots of great stuff.

I expected Saunders to give up a lot more, but he held it together. Other than that first inning, couldn't ask for much more from bottom of the rotation guys the past 2 nights.

Exciting to see Franklin get some things figured out tonight. I have tremendous faith that he'll keep adjusting. Hope the stitches managed to be either above or below the knee.
