Sad to see one of my favourite Sens go.

It's a good deal for both teams though. Ottawa gets a first rounder in 2011 and maybe as much as a second rounder in 2012. The also clear $4.5M in cap space for the next two years. Nashville gets a guy who never takes a shift off and will fit perfectly on a Barry Trotz team.
