welp, I am watching last weeks episode right now and wtf? Elliot totally tripping out? I guess I was right Mr. Robot isn't well you know... Right?

It's not like they really hid it but I see people going nuts over the twist. I'm kinda glad its over so they can finally move on with some storytelling instead of slight of hand tricks to make you Mr. Robot's existence.

Yeah, you have a point. The biggest twist imo was the ending. Safe to say didn't see that happening

i was hyping this show on here back in july. loved it.

honestly, though, it lost a lot of steam after the pilot, and became a typical cable show.

i was disappointed the last month or so.

i think it would've been better on a pay network where directors and producers had more liberty. felt very constrained after the initial promise it showed.

I got the feel that this thing was completely independently produced, then punched by USA. The film quality is about on par with a web-series and there is relative constant use of the "F-word".

for me, though, the pilot was great. USA/NBC started funding it fully after that, and there were some editing choices in the rest of the episodes to make it much more vanilla/boring. in short, i wish it were independently produced with full control by the series creator, but that obviously was not the case. NBC had let the people running Hannibal have free reign, too, so i was really sad by the downgrade in quality after the pilot.

i felt kind of let down because i thought there might finally be a show on non-premium cable (other than Hannibal, which NBC cancelled) worth watching for a few seasons. the last one was breaking bad, which ended just in time, imo. it had nowhere else to go, and they ended it at the perfect time.

now all i can do is look forward to the next season of daredevil on netflix because there's just a huge void in network/basic cable tv, and i refuse to pay for hbo en sech.

Welp, no season finale tonight. Pushed back to September 22nd because some scenes looks like what happened in Virginia.

I was so stoked too. I hadn't heard anything about the postponement until it was supposed to start and a message came on the screen.

Thank you... I posted that very quickly... But I also could have sworn CNN (not saying they are ever right) said, 22nd. Which made me think wtf, why do we have to wait so long!

USA did a terrible job of letting people know. On the channel guide it still showed "Season Finale"

Was just about to post this. Probably a wise choice. Even though I've read the details of the scene don't resemble the actual crime, its still graphic enough to where it'll be extra unsettling. Waiting one more week isn't such a bad thing.

Great minds. I completely understand it as to why they cancelled it

It was a nice gesture, but in todays desensitized world, might have been un necessary. Wonder if they will still go back and edit the episode though. Probably a market to see the uncut episode.

dont forget, the finale is re airing tonite since the nation has forgotten about the news team that was killed. Hope they end it with us wanting more instead of reminding us how much time we have wasted.

Yeah...I'd say they made the right call pushing it back a week.

Ok finale. I still think the show is pretentious and tries to sell you mystery more than substance. I'm also convinced most of its popularity is just people wanting to be apart of the crowd. I will give it credit though. It's shot beautifully and its music cues and choices are top notch.

Meh.

The big scene was quite graphic, though. It reminded me a LOT of Budd Dwyer (google him if you are not aware of who he is).

Anyone else think the "Ashley Madison" drop was out of place? It had the feel of a last second add, just to make it seem more "now". The camera was not even on him during that entire line, so it definitly added late.
