But, after all that, the Giants lost to the Yankees in the 1951 World Series anyway.

I completely disagree ... it is about the most overrated play ... Fisk's home run was not diminished by not winning the World Series. It was a great play at a pivotal moment. Nothing should diminish it.

I completely disagree ... it is about the most overrated play ... Fisk's home run was not diminished by not winning the World Series. It was a great play at a pivotal moment. Nothing should diminish it.
