Yeah this guy didn't spend his whole career there. And come to think of it, it would be tough to think of anyone who was a career Athletic, especially in Oakland.
Also, to clarify I should say this is a Franchise mark. But I will add, it's not some guy from the Philadelphia A's of the 1920s or whatever. This guy played in Oakland.

Here's a question I don't know the answer to--Who was the longest tenured career Oakland Athletic? (guy who only played for the Oakland A's). The only one I can find is Mike Norris, who spent all 10 years of his career in Oakland. It seems like anyone else who was good enough to last more than 10 years eventually got out.
