The 10 triples really makes this a pain in the ass. Most guys that hit 10+ triples are usually speedy guys that don't hit for a lot of power, or they're not going to have that many doubles... and these kinds of players tend to hit towards the top of the lineup where it's hard to get 100+ RBIs

You'll probably never see such a season happen ever again in today's game. It's becoming more and more rare for batters to even approach 10 triples anymore

Jimmy Rollins had one of them crazy seasons where he had multiple stats up there, but I don't know about the Gold Glove.

Barry Bonds
Bonds won a bunch of gold gloves but didn't get the 10 triples

Yeah both of these guys played in an era of multipurpose stadiums and Astro turf where doubles and triples were a little more common than they are today.

Welp, I just found one of them. Let's just say the guy was the last active major leaguer to be a teammate of Hank Aaron.

I never realized that, but that's definitely the right guy.

Hint: the second guy could have easily played a NY or Baltimore cop. Probably not for the length of a series like Hill Street Blues or NYPD Blue. He'd be the guy that came in for a few episodes, established himself as kind of a loudmouthed douche, then got kicked off the force.
