Yep, he had 13. He passed Mantle, Ruth, Musial, Foxx, and Frank Robinson who had 12 each. Mantle had one in the postseason though

I remember watching a game in August of 2010 with my wife at home and Thome came up with a runner on and the Twins down 6-5 in the 10th. Matt Thornton (who could throw pretty hard) was pitching for the White Sox and I said "what I really want to see is for Thome to straighten out one of Thornton's fastballs". The pitch came in and I said, "like that". He hit it off the top of the flagpole on the plaza in right field at Target Field to win the game 7-6.
