I'm posting this in order to open discussion on culture changes and all that comes with course correction. Today, let's focus on the business side of change and what it means in the overall scheme to run an efficient business, how doing so affects on-field play, and if our team despite what they say publicly has been active business players in bringing forth that change.

With free agency approaching, salary caps and money to spend come into focus. The following outlines team expenditures for the 2023 season, draw your own conclusions on what it all means with regard to waste, efficiency, and its effect on cultural changes. We already know that Wince comes off of the books this year!

I think we need to know the dead cap hits , and what they are for everyone . I see wince ( obvious) ,thomas, Roullier , Leno JD. As potentially cut candidates or restructures. Samuel could be there as well

Yep its going be close .. hoping something leaks this week . New Owner might not be in charge by F.A but at least the free agents will now who is in charge if it's bezos don't worry about Payne he will get a big off the cap bonus ..the new owner has no choice to keep the fans. Etc .and maybe a splash or 2 ..it's hard to tell what's going on intill the new owner is announced

They will keep Payne and pay him ( New owner splash)
They will Trade up and get a great player trade 4 to 5 spots (New Owner Splash)

I even expect Shockwaves .. which can be good or bad ..

IMO, i'm moving on from Leno and Thomas to create more space, and looking for opportunities to re-structure contracts.
Also, i'm doing everything I can to improve how we scout and draft, being more aware of talent over needs where appropriate.
I believe we could've done much better in 2021 - my re-draft - Round 1 - Darrisaw LT over Davis LB
Round 2 - Friermuth TE/over Cosmi OT Round 3 Paulson Adebo DB over St. Juste DB Round 3 St. Brown over D.Brown
(however with the offensive gameplans it may not have mattered)
round 4 Gainwell RB over Bates TE.

Might have been a long shot but did the redskins even attempt to sign De'vondre Campbell who was a free agent that went all pro with GB?
the moves or lack there of....must change ASAP. No sense of urgency or even looking a few years ahead.
