Is that goal really Emelin's fault? He's trying to defend the guy. Maybe he was a little deep, but that kind of shit happens all the time. The odds that hits his boot at exactly the right angle is pretty low.

If you're smart you realize that the Rangers have gotten all the luck, they will try to flick it on net and hope it hits someone and goes off them and in the net - that's a recipe for disaster

He wasn't defending Kreider, there was already a body on him. Traffic in that area is dangerous, there's no reason to create your own traffic unless you absolutely have to.

I happen to think that any shot on net is a good shot on net. Nobody ever asks if it was a deflection or whatever. Throw the puck in there and crash the net. Be stronger and crash and 99% of the time you will get that lucky bounce.

Agreed, the only way you stand in the crease is if somehow the Rangers notice that and they make a pass in that direction and you have to make sure you're there to block the shot(I've seen that numerous times in the playoffs already)

There was a Ranger coming to the crease right as the puck got there. Saying there was nobody there isn't accurate in my opinion. Meh - it is what it is now.
