I have been looking into doing some of this weird shit at home to test out simple recipes that I think would go over well with the guests my employers invite to their house a few times a month. I thought the strawberry spaghetti dessert with some type of white chocolate sauce or crème anglaise spheres would be good. I think it would be extremely fun to work in a Molecular Gastronomic kitchen but I would probably get fired quick for doing shit with liquid nitrogen that has nothing to do with my job.
