Different caps is a great idea as long as it doesn't add to the amount of time people need to research, we have a few people who do little or no research, if we make it more difficult we will lose those people.

Yeah I don't think WAR should be used for RP's. I'm not sure what else we could use other than ASG's.

ASG's will work because it will be somewhat inline with WAR Seasons. Metrics like ERA+ and SIERA and stuff will probably inflate Reliever Prices

Honestly there aren't many relievers taken from pre 1960 unless it's required.
