If anything we should give people the option to draft more RPs not less. In fact if we really want to do something different and make it more like the modern games we should just have an amount of pitchers you must draft and let people draft as many starters and relievers as they want.Where? If we usually do 18 rounds and we take away 4 for RPs, how do we get to 28? 2 teams each? AL and NL?

I agree with this completely. If anything we should give people the option to draft more RPs not less. In fact if we really want to do something different and make it more like the modern games we should just have an amount of pitchers you must draft and let people draft as many starters and relievers as they want.

It's not just the postseason anymore either. I'd be surprised if every team didn't employ a bullpen game in a regular season game last year. Many teams used it regularly.Hmm interesting, well, in the postseason we do see this at times. Teams will got 4 man rotations and they a couple key BP guys but overall they have more than 4 guys to choose from.
the way you do it is run two tournaments where you actually keep playing if eliminated so that you can determine 1st - however many teams there are place (easiest to do with 8 teams) - then you add up your finishes from both tourneys for the overall winner. Tie-breaker goes to the team with the higher finish. We do it all the time and works greatSo you want rankings again? That is always tough to rank
So MLB Salary Cap next?
I can quickly get the cap numbers by WAR overall by posistion is harder because I have to manually sort it I can't search by posistion because it will only pull up years spent at that posistion.
it was individual seasons over 4 war I believe
