#60 Cueto
#40 Bumgarner
#33 Crawford
#?? Posey (they have already said Craw is the second highest Giant on the list)

That's it. No Pence. No Panik. No Duffy.

Grichuk and Kang made the list, but no Duffy? Hell, Seagar made the list. I would be OK with no Duffy if those guys were not there. But to have all the big NL rookies EXCEPT the guy who finished #2?? Wow.

Amazing. Belt ahead of Pence - far ahead of Pence? Bizarre.

It also looks like Bryant was left off the list.

Including Grichuk and Kang over Bryant and Duffy?

Odd.

Pence and Panik clearly left off because of injury. So I wonder why Kang was still on, because he's going to miss significant time, right? #EastCoastBias

Same deal with Grichuk. He is still supposed to miss the first month of the season.

I like Grichuk. Don't get me wrong. But to include him and NOT Pence or Duffy? Makes no sense.

No way Bryant was left off. He'll be ranked. Probably over-ranked.
I think it is wrong to leave Bryant off the list as well. But they already named Aronado. No way is he ranked higher than Arenado.

I was thinking the same thing about Pence........if there are 100 players in baseball better than Hunter Pence, then I am watching a totally different League than the crackpots at MLB Network.

I am going to look at it this way: The clownish "experts" at that network have been predicting the Dodgers as the favorites to win it all at this time of year for half a decade....that lends credence to the idea that they have no clue what they are talking about. lol

As they go down the list, the hosts typically take a couple minutes to talk about each person (they skipped talking about Belt completely, though. That was weird...). When Bum was announced at #40, all 3 (Ripken, Darling and Amsinger) were all in agreement that he was WAY low on the list, and probably deserved a top 10 slot.

Yep. I noticed that on Belt, too. And yes, it was nice to see them call out their colleagues for their strange MadBum snubs.

I am sure there are, but I dont remember off the top of my head.
I watched #100-61. I don't think Franco was mentioned, which means he probably won't be.

But I'm OK with that. By 2018 we could have 4 or 5 players on it

You guys are in rebuild mode, so it is understandable that you would not dominate the list.

The Giants are one of the best teams in MLB right now, though. So only having 5 is slightly disappointing (not a travesty, just less than expected).

Pence, Panik and Duffy are the only guys not on the list that have an argument for inclusion, IMHO. Pence most of all. Although Panik was a top 3 MLB 2B last year, so he has a strong argument as well. Duffy only has an argument because of the comparable players that DID make the list.

Yeah Duffy should definitely be on the list. Pence not making it is a joke. He's been one of the more underrated players of the last 5 years

I think it is a testament to our balance. Duffy/Panik have been quality players for only a year. Pence should be on the list, though, to make it 6.

It is not inconceivable that next year we could have 10 players on the list. Seven regulars (all but the LF), and three SP's - Bum, Cutey, and Scrabble.

You think Span is top-100 level?

I like his signing, but I dont have that level of excitement for him...

Did Freddie Freeman make the list? If not, I'm assuming there were no Braves.
