Completely agree! Had to get glasses in January for the first time... Couldn't see at night very well when driving... Got glasses and was like "holy shit they work, I'm getting old..."

Last year I was hitting focus pads in class and it felt like a had a sprain or slight tear in a tendon in my hand. Went and got an X-ray from my orthopedist who laughs and tells me I have a bad case of arthritis in both hands. He had been telling me for years to back off and that power lifting and martial arts for 25 years was gonna catch up with me at some point. What does he know, he's just a Dr, I slept at a Holiday Inn Express last week
