I like Paige and its not often we get to pick him. But thats jmo

IDK. Since we only look at a players career in the MLB and not ***** League, it could be said he's draft too often for what he actually did in the majors. Not that it really matters, everyone really looks at each player differently.

I wish Josh Gibson played in the MLB. Would have enjoyed see how he translated to MLB. Could have vey well confirmed the comparisons to Ruth imo

Willie Wells for reasons that may ior not include having the nickname "The Devil" and being one hell of a shortstop

Mazaichi Kaneda would be on my list of players I would have liked to see in the MLB

A few more from my short list that I wish got their chance in MLB..

-Buck Leonard (Gehrig to Gibson's Babe)
-Pop Lloyd (comparisons to Wagner)
-Smokey Joe Williams - went 20-7 barnstorming against MLB teams and beat Johnson and Alexander among others

Sadaharu Oh would have been great to see in the MLB. To see how his abilities would have translated in the MLB would have been really interesting.

Ding Ding Long Dong is another one, also was a great athlete in general. Which I could have seen him play, he had a great combination of speed AND power

868 homers is just stupid. 13 years of 40+ homers.

We need to do an all-world MLB draft sometime. Maybe something like you get a certain number of Japanese league, ***** league, Mexican league, etc.

I honestly believe he would have been a great player but he would not have averaged 40 home runs a year, he's about the same size Mel Ott was. I think he would have ended up with around 500 home runs not the 860 or whatever he hit but obviously that's just my opinion...

400-500 homers. A great power hitter but not to the extent he was in Japan.
