The extra money needed to move from no Snow to lots o' snow seems like a lot.

Plus no income tax, housing market in Texas is crazy low. Property tax is higher then I would like, but you have to cover the no income tax somehow.

Yeah, I told myself years ago it's gonna take quite a bit for me to move out of Tejas and if I did it's not gonna be upstate NY but the $$$ they offered was nice... I have been looking recently into Vegas or San Diego but i've cooled on that a bit...

MLB's top prospect (at least top 5) Trea Turner for Nats was called up and playing tonight. So wish I had MLB network but refuse to pay $200 when I still don't get all the games.

I have Dish. I don't get many Nationals game down here in Florida unless they play Rays or Miami. When I bought MLB package they would play 4 of the same game on 4 different channels but would miss some of the Nats game. My wife who is a huge Nats fan refuses to pay $200 again when we can't get ALL Nats games.

I have Direct TV and I get every single Twins game. Maybe it's time to make the switch?
