I am stating the Mock Draft rules not making shit up. 2hrs OTC on weekdays and 3hrs OTC for weekends. Times from 10a-10p (est)

I have not done many of these, but that limit clearly has not been enforced in any draft I have taken part in. If that is the rule for everybody, then Fine. It can't be enforced sometimes and not others though.

Besides, aside from last night when I got caught sleeping, my average pick time is like 10 minutes or less.

The rules have been for quite some time 2 hours during the week and 3 hours on the weekend, HOWEVER, if you have been on the clock 45 minutes and you say i'll be home in 90 minutes, we will wait. I don't like skipping anyone. The only time skipping is acceptable for me is if a guy is just a no show and doesn't answer a text to let me know whats going on. Or if you're Milk, then skipping is acceptable...

Hey man I was stating the rules and I'm the asshole for trying to keep the draft moving along. You can ask everyone I mean everyone that I am Mr. OTC and rules when it comes time to skip a person and I agree 100% with nos that if someone says I'm going to need a little bit more time just got home or just noticed OTC or whatever reason is we allow it. We don't want to skip people well WLK does but overall we try to limit skipping people to a bare minimum. I normally text people and they respond I'll pick in a hour or ask me to me post their pick but I didn't have your number and most would agree not giving me your number is the best thing to do.

Not just engaged but informed. I do text people and say hey man it's been 2hrs and if no response I'll skip the guy. Most times they respond and say I'll be picking soon and we allow a little breathier on the time.
