I usually only log on weekdays between 8-5 EST. Is that enough to get this done?

Actually yes because we do not have a clock on weekends. The times we are on the clock are typically 10 - 6 M-F

If you should join we could make sure your time slots fit into your schedule.

Now being we got some new folks I want to discuss this draft a little.

I started thinking we would hold a draft that only included players who played during the 1977 season. It means they could have played for 20 years as long as they had one at bat or pitched one inning during the 1977 season.

Example, they could have played from 1963 - 1977 or 1972 - 1990 or 1977 - 1995 as long as they played during the 1977 season they are eligible to be drafted.

My point of this boring post is I want you all to be cool with the year i've chosen if not we could change it slightly into the mid 80's if wanted.

So just to be clear here the rosters are voted on based on the strength of the players overall body of work and not just how they performed in 77' correct?

77' is probably a tough first attempt at one of these mocks for me. But I got a good enough grasp on who was playing then.

Every player you draft will be looked upon as if they are in their prime.

If the guy was drafted in 1965, his best years were in 1968-1972 but he still played till 1980 he is eligible because he played in 1977 and he will be judged on his prime years 1968-1972. A little complicated so Please ask any questions you have before we draft.

Nos what are going to do for voting? I like the idea of a poll for all games until the championship game where we have selection committee pick the winner. Thoughts?
