You CANNOT draft anyone who played a game prior to 1940.

We have a $200 million dollar cap.

All Star Games are $1M
Cy Young Awards are $3M
MVP Awards are $3M

We draft the same as usual.

One problem, 1933 was the first year of the all star game so how do we treat players who played prior to the first all star game?

How about add a clause where any HOF player is an automatic $20 million minimum(unless his All Star/MVP/Cy Young total is higher, then take the high number). That would make the pre 33 HOF players at least $20 million. I don't think there will be a run on pre 33 non HOFer's

i am in for baseball... But i don't love the all-star salary cap... in fact i don't like it at all... won't stop me from doing it, but i just don't think it works in baseball...
