Note to Skins drafters... whoever they may be... we really haven't been told who the bleep they are... before drafting anyone high - check to see if they have achilles tendonitis. College athletes don't pay attention to it if they can still play on it. I was a long-distance runner (as opposed to an athlete) in college who ignored achilles tendonitis for more than a year. It hurt from the time I got up in the morning till I slept at night - every day. The only time it didn't hurt was after the first mile of my runs. By the time I saw a doctor about it (because the tendon was ridiculously bent), doc said it was partially torn and could snap walking to my next class. Oh, and you also have a stress fracture on that foot - from over-correcting the goofy way you walk and run.

I'm guessing Doctson already had at least the beginnings of his problem before the Skins drafted him - and being a young guy who never had a serious injury before - didn't pay any attention to it. Probably thought he was invincible - like I did with running.

Not excited... my guess in training camp he tweaks it or something and its a lingering problem all year again. This guy has bust written all over him as much as it pains me to say.

Well, he never had an injury in college, so he's not injury-prone. Logic trumps your guess, so I give him the bene of the doubt.

if gruden is smart he would not play doctson or gelette in preseason that way when the first reg season starts we would have doctson and gellette a full go

Yep...that way their bodies can't adjust to taking a full games beating.

Astute point and one that folks who never played the game do not understand. You have to build up to that.
