Don't forget about the refrigerator Perry's commercial. He spoke so poorly they cut it down to 1 line and it took 40 takes to get right. Perry opens fridge door and says-- When you open the door the light comes on. I never thought about the light not being on when the door was shut. Changed my world.

Good knowledge. I didn't know that. I started following sports in late '86 or early '87. First NFL game I watched (just on TV) was the Niners getting destroyed by the Giants something like 49-3 in the playoffs.
