TE is easily the lowest position value on a team outside of long snapper, punter and OG.
The fact that Stafford targets TE lower than most starting QB's in the NFL.
The fact that TE's take 2-3 years to develop.
The fact that Devin Bush was every bit the prospect that Devon white was.
Even if Josh Allen fell to us. I have no doubt these clowns would of picked TJ over him as well.

Not what I wanted obviously but no I dont. Hock is better then Edrops by a lot. Donald is better then Oliver by a lot. Still it is unsettling to see the parallel.

The only thing I can guarantee in this draft is that Quinn will be sending the Patriots a pick for 1 round higher from next years draft than they will send us this year.

I was ticked last night but have warmed a bit. It was a position of need and by all accounts from the Draft guru's Hock is a game changer. We'll see.

Still need a CB and Guard tonight. Would'be be upset with a DE or LB either. Wonder if there is anyway Greedy will fall our way.

I'm still thinking it's easier to criticize and find fault than it is to actually make the decisions and get it right. Here's to hoping management tried to trade out of the pick and couldn't find a suitor that would pay their price so they made what they think is the best decision.

We will need another WR next year after MJ leaves too so this might ease that burden a little. Need to sure up the back 7 and O-line too. Lets hope they pull off some picks that are better then expected because I agree with you that this was a stretch at 8.

Edrops cant run or pass block and cant hold on to the ball. He is a WR in reality not a TE. Just because the Colts threw him the ball a million times does not make him good. I saw nothing extraordinary from him. He had 1 good year stat wise with a lot of garbage time success. By that standard Stafford is the best QB in the league.

You are right about Hock though. He is a risk. There is no guarantee his skills in college will be effective at the next level. He is a true TE though. It may seem like we are doing the same thing as 5 years ago but they are different players (like I said earlier one is really a WR) that have different functions.

This is the shit that Mayhew got hammered for, how the hell anybody can defend the same moves made by Mayhew is laughable. Hock can become HOF and it’s no different. The pick of Ebron was picked at because of the position taken not the kid itself. So for the guys defending it there debate is moot to me.

Glad you like them. I looked at both of them and all the ford interiors are exactly the same look with 95% plastic interiors.

No stitching, suede or any other nice materials. Just plastic with a little 8" screen that looks like an afterthought.

The screens I dont care for. Dont really use em. I like the interior though. I can see not liking it though.
