Farley literally has never played the position before this year. It doesn't matter how 'athletic' you are, a starting VT CB should have experience. DB should be our easiest position to recruit, and we still can't do it.

Yea it was pretty obvious before the season even started that the CB position was going to be a problem. I had just hoped the coaching staff could get the young guys going a little quicker. Another offseason in the program should help with that. You guys should be better next year, all these young players means more experience in 2019

We played a pretty trash schedule this year. I thought 8-5 was about as bad as it could be. ODU was embarrassing, but we had no business getting rolled by GT and Pitt the way we did.

Losing our entire defense deflated excitement. I think pounding FSU got the hype train going

With all the losses on defense, I think Foster did a pretty damn good job with what he had to work with. Next year looks to be much better.

Both should be back ups this year getting their feet wet. If not for Webb's glass Achilles tendons and Adonis Alexander not being able to spell his name correctly, they wouldn't have had to learn on the fly.

it wouldn't surprise me if he transferred this offseason

Still recovering. There was no shot at him playing this season. He already redshirted, and I’m not sure he’ll start again.
