yea there are plenty of holes on this roster....namely at CB and DT, but VT is good at WR and going to get better with this next class.

You guys had an insane amount of turnover on the defense this year, especially at corner. I don't think the struggles were too surprising with that in mind

I think almost every Hokie would have accepted this season all things considered minus the ODU loss. That was some shit football

Yea it was pretty obvious before the season even started that the CB position was going to be a problem. I had just hoped the coaching staff could get the young guys going a little quicker. The two starters are two of the most athletic corners to start for VT in a long time, but athleticism isn't worth a shit when you can't cover or tackle.

We played a pretty trash schedule this year. I thought 8-5 was about as bad as it could be. ODU was embarrassing, but we had no business getting rolled by GT and Pitt the way we did.

The Old Dominion game was a shocker that's for sure. Prior to that game it seemed like you guys were going to be ok on defense, but it actually was just incompetence by Florida State
