Also Gandy, apparently you need to change your avatar before this site loses it's advertisement funding...
I vote you go back to that Penn State coach you had on the CBS baord, though...
It's on the very top of the main "lions" page with all of the threads. Titled "please read immediately".Really?? is that on main board somewhere? I will change if needed to keep this site going. Why did they approve it if it a problem. Hell only been 4 weeks...
plus 40-45 carries for about 250 yards and a TD.
What makes you think that? His career stats as a returner are dreadful. His punt return average is barely over 8 yards and were it not for a TD return in 2010 his average would be even worse.
Nvm that. Just read that thread they created about it. Sounds like if SportsHoopla loses Google they lose a lot of revenue which could lead to a possible shut down. Disregard my rebellion.
So tpaul you really think mike thomas is going to have 35 rec and 250 yards rushing? If he puts up those types of numbers, somebody has to get hurt, or the lions will have the greatest offensive numbers as a team in the history of football.....with bush, leshoure and bell i just dont see thomas getting many looks....with megatron, burelson, and broyles all healthy he still might get targeted but i dont think he will play much of a role. Sorry ive said it before, im not obsessed with speed guys.....in college and high school, speed is the shit, but once you hit the NFL everyone is fast, and everyone is well disciplined. My opinion. Otherwise the fastest guys would always be the best.
I think you need to re-check your math. You see Mike Thomas getting 3-4 carries a game? That is alot of carries in the Lions offense, when they only run the ball roughly 20-25 times a game.
I think they will use him on end arounds or may occassionally put him in the backfield, but 3-4 carries a game, I have a hard time seeing that happen when they have Reggie Bush and Mikel LeShoure.
