Typical bullshit. The obvious downside of playing above expectations is that MB will take credit like he is actually competent.

He shouldn't pretend to know anything about football, that would be like if I was given owernship of the Bengals in a lottery. I'm clearly not qualified to be a real life GM, Madden 2012 GM maybe, but in real life I'd have to find an expert to do it for me.
