I think the veterans combine was kind of cruel. Michael Bush, Felix Jones, both looked super slow and definitely should realize they are finished in the NFL. Brady Quinn throwing fluttering ducks, getting outclassed by Mike Kafka. The whole thing was like watching a really exploitative reality show.

I don't think so, there were regional combines that all kinds of people attend including ex players, but this was a new event, based on what I saw on NFL Network.

Wow that's ridiculous.

Vet combine seems very media driven. Chances are slim to none that the majority of those guys will ever see themselves on a NFL roster again. Makes you wonder why they even have it.
