I love the trade of Joel. Cleared up alot of tax space.. We got rid of the worst center in the NBA with a crazy contract and got tax relief.. Sounds like a win to me.. I wonder if this was in preperation for going after Bynum. Get rid of a center and get a guard that we can easily cut.

Yes, in a sense the Heat got rid of (arguably) the worst center in the NBA and got tax relief - But, they could have instead gotten rid of the worst player in the NBA and ever in Heat history by getting rid of The Scrub Shane Battier.

This is not a knock on Douglas - He is a decent player - But yes this can be a move that possibly leads to signing Bynum or someone else or the Heat could keep Douglas as an extra guard of which sometimes they can also make use of - As I said, this is not a knock on him - He is not the ideal guard for the Heat but it isnt bad either.

Spo and Riley just cant ever make it as easy for the Heat as it should be - While Greg Oden is active and might play - The Scrub Shane Battier is active and for some reason still in the starting lineup. An easy game just got more difficult. For no reason at all.

Shane Battier back to his old-self - Cant get back on defense in time - Cant play defense and commits a foul - And there is Coach Fiorentino to claim Shane didnt foul as a way to unnecessarily defend him - Coach Fiorentino the only soul that missed The Scrub

Funny and sad how some thought that another visit to the White House would some how motivate and bring this team together -- That is such bs. The only thing that motivates this team and the top two divas on the team is money and personal success - They dont care otherwise.

The Heat is the only team in sports who can have so many days off and do nothing good with it. The end of this circus cant come soon enough.

Even more sad is, turnovers by LBJ have been the biggest contributor to this start but clowns will give him a pass for it , especially if he once again comes out as the leading score.


Spo is already blowing this game by having LBJ on the bench - He should have his out there until the end of the game - No reason to sit for a single second.

Aside from just simply being careless and already disengaged with the game - I just cracked the mystery to why LBJ is stinking it up with his passing - It has to do with the fact that is spinning the ball(getting cute unnecessarily) when making passes.

Go back and look at his recent games and the countless turnovers he has made - They are unforced turnovers and are due to him just getting cute and careless with the ball. People will blame the lack of production from the supporting cast - But as I have said many times before - expect nothing from your supporting cast if your leader cant get it right.
