Heat to visit WH on this trip - expect them to let that be a distraction and excuse to come out flat again in this game.

Oh, someone mentioned earlier about the key guys out for the Heat tonight (Wade, Chalmers) - Chalmers is legit absence. Wade is just a soft bitch. But, fact is , the Nets are also without key guys and yet they found a way to out play the Heat for 58 minutes.

Some blame on Spo for this one as well for not going even deeper to the bench and using James Jones and Udonis Haslem for a single minute in this one. When you are short-handed, you have to use all the guys you actually do have available regardless.

The Latest Ask Ira ask - Did Spo push LBJ too hard against the Nets? The answer is no. LBJ should have been able to handle playing all that time, especially with so many days off coming. LBJ is a grown man and can handle and should be able to handle the task he was given last night especially with a couple of guys out ( The diva because he is too much of a bitch to play in B2b nights).

The game didnt go the way LBJ wanted for him - He didnt get a lot of calls, that is why he looked tired and dejected which is how he and the diva always look when things dont go their way - they want it easy.

This loss was on Allen, Beasley and Mason. They were awful. They were a combined 3-24 and played poor defense and had as many turnovers as assists. Also, shame on Spoles for not running plays for Bosh. He did play Lebron too much. Hope Shane gets healthy soon.....

LBJ didnt play enough. And, the Heat dont run very many set plays for anyone to begin with. They have been playing more open and with less actual play calls after the first year failure of the big 3 era - Ever since then, Spo decided he was going to go without set plays - except for special situations such as: out of timeouts, clock running down etc - anyone watching the Heat and who follows news on them consistently has to know that by now.

Some fans feel that Beas has gotten a little complacent since his spot on the roster became guaranteed - It is very possible. Thought he had matured past that mentality but it seems not.

The Heat were 28-13 when they visited the White House last season. They went 38-3 the rest of the way.

So, it had nothing to do with some weak ass, lame ass speech by the scrub Shane Battier.

Volume of shots is not the problem for LBJ - It is the quality of shots - He needs to stop settling.

Heat are listing Chris Andersen (body soreness) as doubtful for tonight's game. Also, Mario Chalmers (Achilles) is out tonight, per Heat.

Sadly, The Scrub Shane Battier might be active tonight so that might make the game harder tonight and extend the losing streak - He is sure to be useless especially on D - But, Coach Fiorentino will surely still find a way to compliment the scrub as per usual.
