How much more fun can it be for Heat fans (except having Beasley back!)?

Keep things in perspective.
We KNOW we will lose some regular season games that make us shake our heads, but big picture is those games are essentially meaningless anyway and all that matters is that we are healthy from playoff rounds 2 and beyond.

Yeah I agree. No need to get crazy over early season losses in November/December or a mini 2 game losing streak..And yes my comment is directed at you Paolo because the rest of us know and understand this will happen. There will also be games where we take an opponent too lightly and end up in a battle

Nice to see all the regulars are here...The same old fab 5 from CBS and also Turnup (who never posted on our threads but was a Heat supporter on the main boards)

we should be top seed.. but really who cares. the only goal for the regular season for us should be to be healthy come playoff time.

cant wait to see oden in real action. hope we bring him along slowly.

I care a lot. Injuries are the only thing that should/could prevent us from being the all important 1 seed.
IF there is a game 7, having HC is as huge as it gets.

All I will say is, in order to make the playoffs - you have to get it done in the regular season. That being said, if I want to rant over losses during the season early or late - I will do just that.

Staff predictions for Miami Heat 2013-14 season - Sun Sentinel

I predict and expect between 67-72 wins. Anything less is a disappointment and a sign of this team being complacent with where they currently stand. My prediction is not meant to be disrespectful to other opponents or anything of that sort - Just my expectations for what I think is a much improved team and still a much better team than anyone in the league regardless of any other improvements among other teams.

While I am already aware of the fact that I will have to deal with some of the clowns on this team taking nights off - I will still rant about that and other things if I choose to.

Like it or not, for all my sports teams, game 1 of the regular season is just as important as game 82 in the season or playoffs or finals... to use just one sport as an example.

Cant wait for tomorrow night.

In essence, they view it as a distraction and feel it would be better to do it the night before the opener.
Sort of like the fan celebration where they randomly give out seats to fill the arena, and show it on TV.


This team is veteran though and they understand that the Bulls will come out like this is a playoff game, so hopefully they quickly get their focus back on the game or they will get jumped.

How good will it be for the NBA to see both a healthy Wade and Rose?
