The Heat are a classy organization - so you would expect them to be the bigger man in this so called breakup. So, I'm not buying the crap the media is selling about this ending bad between D-Wade and the Heat. The whole thing about pat riley never reaching out to Wade during FA -- nothing to it. Riley shouldn't have had to. D-Wade should've been well informed about where the Heat stood financially and what they could and couldn't do. Dwayne was the one to decide to walk away from the contract he had with the Heat to test waters for more money -- if he wanted to stay, he should've taken it upon himself to make the Heat a priority, not the other way around.

Posted before finishing -- I am seeing all these tributes by ownership/the team to Dwyane , if things had ended as ugly as claimed by the media - The Heat wouldn't be doing all these tributes to him this soon. They would've waited for the wounds to heal - but there are no wounds.

I mad at Wade for letting his ego get in the way, Im mad at Riley for letting his ego get in the way.. in the end the Fans are the ones who hurt. I will miss watching Wade play, but I look forward to whatever changes are coming to improve the team.

Yeah I've been disappointed in the reaction since Wade left. Thought they would have been quick to sign some free agents.

My guess is they want to stick to 1 year contracts, so those players might be harder to find.
