30 and 10 for the 30th time for LBJ ... He can be amazing when he tries and makes no excuses
Still clueless. He is amazing period. Just because he could not play through a debilitating injury you mock.....like I said you have never played organized sports or you would know that game one he was awesome minus the cramp and missing 7 minutes at the end. Otherwise, he has a similar game. Actually he played more D in Game one.

Andre, come to the general board my friend. Even Lakers fans aren't as bad as Paolo. He's so horrible, even CL67 of all people feels sorry for us for having to deal with him (ok, almost). But he does think Paolo's a joke.

Props to Derek Fisher - rumored to have taken the HC job with the Knicks - Easy guy to root for -- too bad his career will be short-lived with the Knicks -- hopefully the rumors arent true and he holds out for a better job or assistant first...Still should be fun to watch the Knicks be overrated again

Pretty sad that some fans still believe scrub battier has anything left in the tank - he already checked out... he is on the verge of getting a third ring without having contributed in anyway to it. It is sad that people actually think he can play defense - unless they think committing dirty fouls to stop a guy is defense.

LBJ and Wade said they wanted the Heat to go deeper into their bench - The Heat have 14 quality players on their roster of which they can easily use 13 on a nightly basis -- all the Heat have to do from now on if they really want to make good use of their depth is activate Beas and Oden and have Justin Hamilton on the inactive list along with scrub battier whee he belongs. No knock on Hamilton - he is a capable player.

Report: LeBron James 'interested' in playing with Carmelo Anthony - CBSSports.com

Lebron wants to play with Carmelo - for it to happen with the Heat, it would be tough - But, one way to do it is for the Heat to ask Scrub Battier to do the right thing and give back all the money he earned while with the Heat - to free up cap space to sign Melo - we all know scrub battier didnt really earn all that money and rings he has with the Heat so he should have no problem giving that money back for the better of the organization - if he is such a stand up guy

So it appears the Lebron/Melo teamming up would occur in Miami -- Like I said earlier, if Scrub Battier gives back the money the Heat gave him to be a total liability to the team for the last 3 seasons, we can get Melo for a decent price.

Remarkable stat: Victory for Heat tonight would tie LeBron and Duncan for most wins by an individual player over last 10 seasons (623).

"I'll just have to see how he is throughout the game." - Erik Spoelstra on managing LeBron's minutes.

Its game 3 of the NBA finals, the first of two games at home for the Heat - There is no need to be “managing” anyones minutes at this stage of the season - He should play all 48 minutes and only take breaks during timeouts and half time. You can be sure the Heat will win with ease taking this approach along with not playing scrub battier a single minute

Can Miami Heat afford to stay with Mario Chalmers? - Sun Sentinel

Mario Chalmers is always an easy target to pick on - And, make no mistake, he has earned some of the criticism but it is still a bit harsh. It is said that people want to make Rio and Spo the scapegoat when things go wrong yet give LBJ and Wade a pass. LBJ disappeared in the second half.

The two divas(LBJ/Wade) were a combined 17 for 26 of which most of their damage came in the first half. They were ONLY 8 for 11 from the FT line ... they didnt make enough FT and didnt get their enough but when they are as complacent as they were, it is hard for them to get to the line.

12 turnovers between the two. And LBJ only played 40 minutes, he rested for 8 minutes too longer and Wade played only 36, he doesnt have to go 48 but at least 40 is minimum in the finals. While Mario didnt score and had 3 turnovers, he did have 4 assist.

Only 2 baskets from LBJ in the second half, one in each quarter. He didnt wait until the 4th quarter to disappear. Wade only made 6 baskets in the second half. The problem had nothing to do with San Antonio but just these guys settling and just not asserting themselves the required amount in this game.

We only had 22 bench points of which 1 came in garbage time. That is not nearly enough bench production.

And again, I find it silly that people think that scrub battier is the solution to our problems especially on defense... even though he didnt play until garbage time, which was too much - he still had a negative impact on the game, as usual. When ever you have a scrub like him active it means a quality player is inactive, that player being Beasley... People want to get on Beas for his defense but he certainly provides more than the scrub on offense and that is why he should be playing.

It isnt enough to not just keep scrub battier on the bench, for him not to negatively effect the game he has to be inactive so another good player can be active. Lets see if Spo does it right tomorrow
