The Heat allow a game to get into overtime simply to extend their own misery. Once again, the Heat lead the league at shooting themselves on the foot.

And thats the bad thing of having TJ play too many minutes - more so after coming back from injury - just trying too hard and coming up empty - Has played too much tonight

Heat new years resolutions from me will probably be asking for too much - it is for the Heat to learn from their own mistakes and quit shooting themselves on the foot -- and for Spo to quit calling worthless timeouts when they don't matter

The last game of a stretch like this is always rough especially when you're traveling to another city. I said weeks ago this would be an L due to the circumstances. The Brooklyn game fucked this month up. Said we would end December 19-12 or 20-11. Obviously the Brooklyn game is the difference in being 18-13 or 19-12 heading into the new year. Its whatever though. If we can go .500 in January at least that should be considered as a successful month
