Exactly. When your head coach is at a loss for how to fix things, that's never a good sign and a sign that things need to be drastically changed. The man is definitely unraveling more and more each week.

That won't bother me one bit. Let some other team deal with being 7-9 or worse for numerous years until they get tired of his teams antics and never getting better or learning from their mistakes.
