I needed a roster spot and I had a high waiver spot so I figured I could get him right back if I dropped him. I had forgotten (AGAIN) that I can't make a claim on a guy I drop. I was so mad haha. I knew I had lost him for the year. But....I'll take the good fortune lol

Today's White Sox/Mariners game was an absolutely mind-numbing affair (hopefully ended by the Sox in the 14th) made doubly worse by having to listen to the White Sox broadcasters. I honestly don't get it. I mean, people like John Sterling and Suzyn (tweety) Waldman are homers and they annoy the shit out of me, but Hawk Harrelson makes them look like Simon Cowell.

Say what you will about the Mets, but they have a top notch broadcasting team.

I find it so funny, that a Quality Start is 6 innings, 3 earned runs... or a 4.50 era, but 9 innings, 4 earned runs... or a 4.00 era is not! I "understand" the difference, but does MLB?

Surprisingly his ownership hasn't dropped that much since I suggested dropping him. Lot of people still holding out hope.

Dunn & Uggla are still owned in our league. I can see Uggla as 2nd is thin and he still has power, but Dunn can be replaced by someone like Chris Carter, Travis Hafner or Raul Ibanez (those are some sexy names)
Simmons: that's Paul's guy and I think he'll swear by him until one of them die (and he's the only one that went up in ownership). He's just a hair above Zack Cozart at this point.

Haren & Parker are still owned in our league. Parker has been useful the past month and looks like my one oops. Haren is up 1% but as far as being useful..........not so much.
