Good luck in the first round Treff. My team has been trending down now for a few weeks and I do not have any of my pitchers with two starts this week. Vegas has Treff as the prohibitive favorite.

SAme to you Fuzz..I had a pretty big down trend a few weeks ago when I feel from 3rd to 6th in a matter of two weeks. But things have been looking up the past two weeks, especially offensively. Looking at 2 start weeks from Archer, Buerhle and Felix. the Buerhle one kinda concerns me in regards to ERA and WHIP..hoping for at least one more week of magic outta the old man

A league Weekly Review

This one will be short and sweet. There was a lot of drama on the scoreboard, but only a few were relevant to the big picture.

Jim dismantled TKO to steal away first place from Tlance. Tlance had been holding the lead from wire to wire, but the season was 1 week too long. Congrats to Reverend Jim on taking home the regular season title!

Jim will be awaiting the winner of Treff and Fuzzy in the semifinals. Good luck gentlemen!

Tlance, although losing the lead still managed a first round bye and will face the winner of Big D and TKO. TKO managed to find his way in despite taking the big loss last week.

The relegation battle got really tight at the end, as Kevin rattled off another win against Fuzzy. Paul did just enough to hang on, as he finished in 10th place, just 1 game ahead of Kevin. While the A league will miss Kevin, losing our first ever champ would have been a huge blow. Thankfully Paul survives to play again next season.

Kevin and Dub, we will miss you boys. Get her done done in the minors and then come back and see us again!

Prospect League Review

Again, this was a little anti-climactic. The playoff teams had already been determined and the final week was mostly just jockeying for position.

There was, however, a very large change at the top. Driaz took advantage of his matchup against the Foot, who has long since moved on to football and put up a huge win. At the same time, Micro suffered a big loss to Milk, so we had a changing of the guard at the top. Micro has held the lead for a few weeks now, but like Tlance in the A league, he was unable to keep it in the week where it mattered most. Driaz gets the automatic bid to the A league, and Micro is left to battle it out with everyone else in the playoffs.

Driaz will face the winner of JD and Milk
Micro will face the winner of Smitty and OBX

Good luck gentlemen!

Week one of the playoffs and my team chooses to take a collective shit!

Perhaps the Fuzzies get a bit of revenge for the 10-0 Fud-drubbing you laid on me earlier this season.

Treff decided that he was ready to focus on football, so he let his guys take the week off.

All coming down to Lester's potential win. It would tie us up, which I assume I lose the tie breaker. He also has Hardy left tonight and I'm only up by one each in R and HR.

Good luck this week Jim (Wolfpack). Hope I didn't use all my bullets last week in my revenge game with Treff.

Need quick MBBRL Semi Final advice...

Do I start Quintana or Doolittle...

If I start Quintana I will have 9 Starts compared to Driaz's 8 but 2 closers compared to his 3

If I start Doolittle we will have an equal amount of closers and Starts...

I like the more starts as this also should help with Ks. Closers are a crap shoot each week. Both options appear solid but I sure like that 13 K shutout ball by quintana in his last outing.

I would go with Doolittle. (had I started Casey Janssen last week over Noesi's 2 starts, I'd be in the semis this week... and one start doesn't guarantee K's.
