Just fuckin with ya Chef.............but I can't figure out why you like to trade so much...............you used to have a damn good team........now it's mine, and Pauls, and TKO's, and..........

Ah, it's all in having fun for me, Sammy...well, except for one point in the season when I got really pissed off and had to remind myself that it's all in having fun. ;)

That said, one day I will reign in my trading habits....one day.

Hey Paul, great comeback after my comeback..............one more HR and SB and we would have tied. So, unless Donaldson steals a base, hits 7 HR's or drives in a shitload of runs, me and TKO are pretty much winner goes on this next week................so good luck Jim and TKO...........it's been a great year so far.

Man that slipped away in a hurry. Went from 7 1/2 points to 4 points in the late Sunday games. Deserved it though. My team played awful this week. Congrats to DUB.

Good luck to you too Paul. And just because you were champ last year doesn't mean you have to be spoiler!

Good luck to Chef and Treff too, since the former can get in as well, and the latter can fall.

Part of me would want to lose this contest so I didn't have to utter the words "I beat the Salami":pound:

A League Weekly Review

The Race for First

Big D made a move this week, as Jim, Tlance and Fuzzy all lost, but he still sits 11 games back of first and 8 back from second and the first round playoff bye. This week's matchup with Tlance's ice cold squad could make things interesting, but it still appears to be a two horse race.

Jim lost narrowly to Chef in a tight battle, but still managed to gain a game on Tlance as Iwakuma, Kazmir and Uehara imploded to ruin an otherwise strong pitching week. Tlance loses big for the second straight week and is now in serious jeopardy of losing the top spot as his lead has been trimmed to 3 games.

Both face playoff teams this week as Jim plays Sam, who is desperate for another victory and Tlance plays against now 3rd place Big D.

The Race for Relegation

Both Kevin and Dub had good weeks, but Kevin's 7-3 victory may not have been lopsided enough. He still sits 8.5 games behind Ramtough. Barring another good week, Kevin and Dub still appear destined for the B League, but it is not a done deal just yet.

The Playoff Hunt

The most interesting battle got a little clearer last week, but could still go many different directions. 5th place Treff had the best result with a 7-3 victory over Tlance and now has a 4 game cushion over 7th place TKO. Treff faces last place Dub this week, so a healthy victory could all but clinch a playoff berth for him.

Sam and Chef each won 6-4 as TKO lost 6-3-1. Sam moves into 6th place but is just 1.5 games ahead of TKO and 4 games ahead of Chef. Sam faces a tough task against Reverend Jim this week. TKO does battle with Paul and Chef matches up with Kevin.

Prospect League Review will be up soon!

The Race for First

Micro is still in charge here, but Driaz gained a little ground with a 7-2-1 victory over Redseat. Micro's 6-4 win over Brock was enough for him to maintain a 3.5 game cushion. Both Micro and Driaz have pulled away from the rest of the field though, and seem to be headed for first round playoff byes.

This week, Micro plays Redseat and Driaz goes up against Milkspiller.

The Hunt for the Playoffs

The playoff teams appear pretty well established, as the teams in 6th and 7th are headed in opposite directions. Molsan is now 10.5 games behind 6th place JD after taking a 7-3 beating at the hands of AZ Sting.

Only 6 games separate 3rd seeded Smitty from 6th seeded JD, so seeding is very much up in the air. With only 2 weeks left however, it is a near certainty that the Smitty, OBX, Milk and JD will join Driaz and Micro in the post season.

Good luck to all this week!
