Yahoo automatically combines this week and next into one long week. Nothing we can do about Fantrax, it's how they set things up. All we can do is contact them and tell them how bad this short week is and hope they do something different next year.

Not in the Division league week 16 7/14-7/20 week 17 7/21--/7/27

But i believe they waive the pitching minimums

I sent an e-mail to fantrax and this is the answer i got

sorry, any change to any league setting takes effect for the entire season, retroactive to Period 1. The workaround would be to use the "Min/Max Constraint Roster Override" Commissioner feature if needed for that period.

Now i dont know where that feature is but the commish should find it in commish settings

If u cant find it i will reply to the e-mail i got and ask for directions

I know where that is and can figure it out. I will look to adjust any that need it next Monday morning.

1 caveat though:

You must make a reasonable effort to get as many innings as you can. Benching all your closers or dropping pitchers not scheduled to take the mound is not necessary, but you still need to field a competitive lineup. There should not be any SPs on your bench who are pitching if there are guys in your lineup not scheduled to go. Failure to do so means that I will not override the minimum for your team.

Sound fair?

II've gown a couple lucky hits/trades, most notably Cruz and VMart, along with Machado.. All it cost was a mid round pick, Shelby Miller and Kung Fu Panda. Still have to wonder what could've been with Jose Fernandez on the staff though, damnit

Really could have used that win from Sale tonight. Damn bullpen. And what is with Sale not making the All Star Roster as a coaches pick. Has to sweat out the fan vote. He should have gotten consideration to start instead of having the chance of being left off.

Perfectly fair to me. . If I have six starters slated to start, they'll play
. If not I'm going with 3 closers and hope for the best.

Every once in awhile I send Dub a trade offer (some reasonable, some not) partly because I want to see if he's paying attention. He sometimes gets back to me replying that he's not trading because he's losing due to an unfortunate schedule. Every team he has played just happens to have been better that week.

I think my schedule is unfortunate this week.

I wasn't around on Sunday to make lineup changes when I normally make them thus I got my C lineup in right now. Adjustments have been made. This little engine that could just needs to get to second from last!

Are you sure, DUB? I'm trying to find the reasoning for having Axford and Brothers in your lineup. To each his own I guess, but having two non-closers with 1.5 WHIPs is not a strategy I would suggest.
