and thank you Reds management for delaying the inevitable with Votto and making me drop Montero to activate Cingrani! like your gonna throw your biggest contract out on the field with a "sore" knee/quad. drives me crazy!

Thankfully I only own Votto in daily leagues so while it's annoying, I don't have to worry about my roster being locked with him in there.

And I mentally went back in fourth with that trade. I really didn't need another starting pitcher, but I'm really not that attached to Rendon.

I needed coverage after newly acquired Villar hurt his hand... probably no DL stint, but I didn't want to take any chances. Rendon will fit nicely for me in the long run, and I've noticed that as I've been punting saves, Verlander wasn't going to help me the way I needed him (the old JV) to anyway. I figured Jim would take on the extra ace and I needed quick action.
