I'm not a Kemp fan either, just can't take Fielder anymore. But maybe I'll take a look. Btw, nice pickup on Flores. I thought about it, probably should have.

Well..it's anyone's best guess. .They guy is pretty raw. .but had 6 dingers and 6 SB's, along with a nice slash line in AA. But regardless. . When Profar comes back he'll either be sent down or to the bench. And who knows, Luis Sardinas might steal enough PT, that it's not even worth the effort.

Seems like every other game there is an overturned call. I like leaving the "human element" to the players and getting the umps some video help.

Uribe with a "sore hammy", and will be "day-to-day"... gets me wondering why the Dodgers haven't tried Alex Guerrero at 3rd in AAA? No arm? If Uribe hits the DL, I wonder if they just let Figgins play, or do they do a major shift with Hanley to 3rd, Dee to SS, and call up Guerrero? Would you "mess" with Gordon by shifting positions?

For the first part, they should just go out and buy a good 3B. Joking, but not really. However, if there was a decent free agent 3B out there, I would be kicking those tires.

Which makes me think,.......... what if the Dodgers did not need Casey Blake for that 1/2 season. Without him, we would have Carlos Santana still, and he would either be the starting C, or the starting 3B, a.k.a the 2 holes in the Dodger lineup.

It is so frustrating owning Rockies "platoon" players. Had Corey Dickerson the last couple of weeks, thinking he'd get every start vs RHP. And he hit well early on, but Stubbs and Barnes were crushing as well against LHP... then Stubbs started getting spot starts vs RHP, for some reason leaving Dickerson out to dry... so what did I do? Dropped him on Thursday, preparing for a new week (Sat-Fri), in which he has only 3 games vs RHP ... and what does he do? so far, two doubles and a HR, two runs, two RBI... probably outscore the rest of my OF by himself!

so frustrating!

I had him .... I knew the axe was going to fall!!!
That Fielder/Kemp trade left me without an OF...so I dropped him a day too early. Dagnabbit...but happy to get Aoki.(though both would have been better ha)
