we have done the draft in July the last two times. But since we have only done this league twice I see no issues with doing the draft in the beginning of August

With 18 weeks in the season, this league could hold up to 19 teams. So like the others said the more the merrier

I am going to a concert July 30th and well drive home on Sunday the 31st. Right now we ate at 11, hopefully we can get some more in the next two week. Anyway we should be able to start the draft on the 1st or 8th of August

Right now we are at 10. I can set it up for an elimination every two weeks or someone can try to recruit (I don't have much time I am working an extra shift in the morning). IF nobody else I will set the draft up to start on Wednesday at 6 am, 24 clock the first 3 rounds then depending on how we are doing, either dropping it to 12 or keeping alone for the last 6.
