I suspect a lot of teams didn't bother bidding on Barkley because they figured a high roller would take him ( and one did). I wonder if the other high FAAB teams either didn't bid on him or just put in a token bid. Just in case I made my best effort on Barkley because you never know.

I always bid on the elite players, just in case. I didn't expect to land Barkley, but I had hopes for Mixon.

honestly, that is the weird thing about this league... if you are going to go down, you are going to have a bad week... which means one player is not going to hurt you... especially your last starting player... so you might as well forget about that spot until you need to fill it in.... of course the exception is if you pay for a player with expectations not to be your worst player....

But I put in a strong bid knowing that it probably wouldn’t work given the last few.

I think Taysom Hill is playable in just about any format or league size.

He could get a very low number. But what TE hasn’t at this point?

His TD upside is worth it even in small PPR leagues.
